CocOrangé

CocOrangé is one mock-tail which is not only refreshing and soothing but also has health benefits attached to it. This is good to kick start your mornings or after your workout to rehydrate you or just if you are lazying around in front of T.V. with your favourite show or with your favourite book. To sum it up you can have this any time and every time of the day.

Highlights of this mock-tail:

Best to beat the heat
Sugar free
Simple
Soulful
Thirst quencher
High in Vitamins and Minerals
Electrolytic
Easy to make
Low in calories, naturally fat and cholesterol free, more potassium than four bananas, and super hydrating – these are just a few of the many benefits ascribed to Coconut water.Naturally refreshing, coconut water has a sweet, nutty taste. It contains easily digested carbohydrate in the form of sugar and electrolytes. And that is why it is dubbed as “Mother Nature’s sports drink”. In certain emergency situations, coconut water has been used for IV hydration due to its high electrolyte content and the fact that it is sterile if used directly from the inside of the coconut. People all over the world enjoy coconut water for its multiple benefits and sweet taste.

Orange juice, is the juice squeezed from the popular and delicious citrus fruit, Oranges. It is widely considered as one of the healthiest beverages because of its wide range of health benefits, which include its ability to boost immune system function, reduce signs of aging, protect against cancer, boost cellular repair and metabolism, detoxify the body, improve circulation, improves blood pressure, reduces inflammation, and lowers cholesterol levels.

In this mock-tail the sourness and tanginess of oranges is very well balanced by coconut water. And the addition of lime leaves gives it a zing. Lets start making it now.
