COCONUT MACAROONS

EGGLESS – CHECK
EASY TO MAKE – CHECK
SUPER YUMMM – DOUBLE CHECK
A MUST MUST TRY RECIPE

A simple easy recipe to make coconut macaroons,eggless, using just 4 Ingredients-condensed milk, milk, all purpose flour and shredded coconut.

INGREDIENTS:

Condensed Milk- 1 can(395 gms)
Dry desiccated coconut- 4 cups
All purpose flour- ½ cup
Milk- ½ cup
Sugar ( Add if the coconut is unsweetened)- 2 tbsp

DIRECTIONS:

Line a baking tray with parchment paper or wax paper and spray non stick spray or smear it with oil generously.

Preheat the oven to 180*C for 15 minutes.
In a mixing bowl, combine sweetened milk, all purpose flour and milk. Whisk everything until well blended.
You can use a stand mixer too.

Next add desiccated coconut and sugar.

Combine it well and the batter should be nice and firm.

Now drop tablespoonfuls of dough or lemon sized dough about 1 inch apart on the baking sheet.

Bake it in the oven at 180*c for 15-20 minutes or until they become golden around the edges (which exactly took 18 minutes in my oven).

I got 31 yummy macaroons from the mentioned ingredients.
